Qualifications

Job description

You will report to the System Implementation lead and work closely with the project team and finance team to migrate data and support the project to upgrade the system.

You will start from the outset of the initial project plan and be a key member of the team to ensure a smooth implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project and finance team in the implementation of Elite 3E for Finance.
• Testing requirements
• Data Mapping
• Monitoring progress toward project milestones
• Identifying risks and opportunities from reviewing finance and contract & project data
• Business partnering with the Management Team, Software developers, and Finance Teams to improve process efficiencies and resolve data issues quickly
• Data migration to 3E
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller and senior finance team to design new reports for accounting and finance
• Liaise with internal system developers and external IT support
• User acceptance testing
• Assist with creating a process manual
• Understand the data flows for other systems used by the business into 3E

Skills & Experience

• Background in accounting and finance (preferably qualified or QBE) with experience in finance systems implementation, ideally with 3E
• Experience in business partnering with finance, senior management, and IT/developers
• Ability to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion
• Attention to detail and a 'hands-on' approach, with an understanding of the big picture
