Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes is offering a year-long placement on the Finance team, introducing you to management accounting as an Assistant Finance Business Partner. You will gain hands-on experience with month-end close and budgeting in an F1 context.

We value organization, diligence and strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. You will learn processes, workstreams, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency while supporting reports to Finance Business Partners.

• Strong MS Excel skills and good numerical ability.

Job description

Red Bull Technology are looking for an undergraduate to join our Finance team based in Milton Keynes giving you the opportunity to contribute to our success story.

This yearlong placement will serve as the perfect introduction to your career as an Assistant Finance Business Partner, working in a Management Accounting environment for F1 related activity within our very dynamic workplace. An interest in motorsport, including engineering, business development, and Formula 1, would be great for this role.

You will be given the time to learn about our processes & workstreams within the department, and then given the chance to improve our processes by contributing your ideas and implementing them. As part of your role, you will support the following activities:

• Month End Close
• Weekly Purchase Order reporting
• Budgeting
• Rolling Forecasts
• Identifying and documenting process efficiencies
• Financial master data maintenance
• Presenting reports to the Finance Business Partners

• Preparation of ad-hoc management information and supporting on projects

We are looking for someone who is currently studying a relevant degree, with a thirst for knowledge. You will be organised, diligent and methodical, as well as being a proficient user on Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

The placement will be for 1 year, starting in the summer of 2027.
