Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement regional financial strategies, policies, and process improvements.
• Own end-to-end revenue cycle management: income recognition, daily collections, payment approvals, and cash flow risk mitigation.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to monitor KPIs and advise on profit optimization.
• Bridge regional and shared service teams to standardize processes and enhance financial data integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA/ACCA qualifications highly valued.
• Experience: 5+ years in finance roles (3+ for exceptional performers). Logistics or corporate finance background preferred.

Required Skills

• Mastery of financial operations: analysis, cost control, settlements, tax, and risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools (ERP systems, Power BI, Excel modeling).
• Global Mindset: International exposure and business-level English fluency required.

Preferred Skills

• Logistics or corporate finance background preferred.
