As a Finance Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing study budgets, overseeing investigator payments, and providing the financial insights that help clinical teams deliver high-quality trials efficiently and compliantly. Working closely with cross-functional colleagues across Study & Site Operations, Clinical Project Management and Contracting, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting innovation that ultimately brings new medicines to patients faster.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: £32,690 to £60,710
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
