The Egis Group has recently implemented a matrix model, introducing dual governance through the regions in addition to the Business Lines. Consequently, we have moved to consolidate corporate services in the UK to serve all Business Lines, delivering both dedicated business partnering and shared services.
This role forms part of the finance team in the UK, reporting to the Head of Finance Shared Services and managing the delivery of shared services across the UK. The scope of the shared services includes payables, payroll, invoicing, treasury management, reporting, and compliance.
The finance function has undergone a transformation over the past year, with entity-specific finance resources centralized into one UK finance team and the migration onto a new ERP, Oracle. This role must build upon that progress, ensuring all shared service activities have the correct stewardship, SLAs are in place, and are regularly communicated to stakeholders.
There is a strong emphasis on people management to ensure the team’s success. The role is based at our London offices near Waterloo. We operate a hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.
