Job summary

Quo Vadis Trust in London is seeking a Finance & Reporting Analyst to deliver a combined finance, reporting, and tenancy administration function. You will manage housing benefit and service charges, process payments in Sage, and provide insights for strategic planning to sustain tenancies.

The role covers posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing regular financial and occupancy reports for the Finance Team. Hybrid role with 35 hours/week.

Qualifications

• GCSE level numeracy and literacy; housing related discipline qualification desirable.
• 2 years in a Housing Association dealing with tenancies and knowledge of supported housing desirable.
• Computer literacy with accounting systems; good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Post daily bank transactions and allocate receipts and payments in Sage.
• Process supplier invoices with approvals and audit trails.
• Manage Housing Benefit and Service Charge processing, including council adjustments.
• Prepare and issue tenancy documentation and manage client onboarding and changes in circumstances.
• Produce weekly occupancy and void reports and translate data into insights for management.
• Support monthly reconciliations, cash flow forecasts and budget monitoring.
• Collate utility meter readings and track income streams.
• Consolidate payroll hours and assist payroll processing.
• Collaborate with housing officers and external stakeholders to align finance and tenancy processes.
