Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead Finance Transformation initiatives from London, with up to 100% mobility for client engagements. You will shape, sell, and deliver large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients, combining domain mastery with AI and ERP modernization to create measurable value.

You will drive CFO-level relationships, design AI-first operating models, and lead Technical and commercial aspects across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A towers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a strong plus.
• 10+ years in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component.
• Proven track record closing large Finance consulting deals.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
• Demonstrated AI fluency for AI-first operating models.

Responsabilités

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models, with clear value outcomes at the centre of every design decision.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programme into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A), leading process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration within that domain.
