Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Banking and Reconciliation Assistant in Bodymoor Heath to join the Finance Team. You will analyze daily revenue, reconcile and integrate transactions, allocate payments and investigate discrepancies, while supporting sales ledger activities and month-end processes.

The role requires strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, and a full UK driving license to travel between Club sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily revenue and reconcile and integrate transactions into finance systems.
• Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Support sales ledger activities: processing payments, raising invoices and credit notes, monitoring outstanding balances.
• Assist with month‑end procedures and ensure compliance with financial controls.
