Job description

Elite global law firm has a senior banking PSL opening for a highly experienced finance lawyer or current finance PSL.

Responsibilities will include engaging with partners to discuss strategic decisions on knowhow initiatives, acting as a sounding board to fee-earners on legal queries, helping to identify client-facing opportunities, monitoring new developments in the law to keep the team and clients informed, supporting the team on publications and other thought leadership initiatives, maintaining knowledge resources, and helping to organise and deliver training and other ongoing projects.

Applicants must have considerable experience gained as a finance lawyer from another leading international law firm. As well as being technically excellent, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to lead on knowledge initiatives for the team.
