Dynamic and forward-thinking leader sought for hands-on management of a facilities teams spanning over 31 locations with dedicated focus on nine UK sites and oversight of best practice and standardised SOPs for sites in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Singapore and China.

About The Role

Directly reports to the Chief Operations and Sustainability Officer. Nine direct reports including global physical security, global business continuity and global health and safety. In the UK, leaders in regional offices, the main office in London, client and hospitality services.

Responsibilities Include

Management of existing ISO 22301, BCP and completion of certification for ISO 140001 and 50001.

Responsibility for results of all on-site client audits of facilities.

Responsibility for achieving targeted reductions in energy consumption

Responsibility for assuring we maintain WELL certifications and coordination with other teams to roll out across all premises

Ultimate ownership of global budgeting of full function

Provide year on year proposals and implementation of initiatives to reduce and make more efficient the delivery of facilities services

Monthly reporting of KPIs

Establishment of SLAs and tracking of all branches within facilities during the first year

Escalation point for any service delivery complaints by internal clients

Ultimate ownership of vendor management for all facilities vendors
