Job summary

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay is offering a full-time 18-month apprenticeship in the Finance team at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Lancaster. The role is Band 3, 37.5 hours per week, paid under Annex 21, with a salary of £25,760 to £27,476 per annum.

The post holder will learn on the job while studying for a nationally recognised qualification, supporting administration, data input and stakeholder liaison within the finance directorate and One NHS North West.

Qualifications

• 3 A Levels or equivalent for entry.
• ECDL or equivalent IT skills qualification.
• Microsoft Office qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the finance team with administration and data input.
• Provide point of contact for stakeholders and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records in line with department procedures.
• Attend apprenticeship training and complete units on time.
• Commit to completing the 18 month programme.
