Job summary

Omnea seeks a Product Director - Finance to lead the finance offering of the Omnea platform. You will own product direction from day one and rapidly grow into building and managing PMs as we scale, ensuring speed, clarity, and customer obsession.

You will report to the VP of Product and collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM leaders to accelerate Omnea's growth. This leadership role blends execution, vision, and organizational scaling.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.
• Experience building finance products from 0 to 1.
• Enterprise B2B experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong product strategy chops: define vision, sequence bets, and zoom into detail.
• Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Lead with context, not control, and coach PMs to think independently.
• Excellent communicator with ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Care deeply about product quality and know what great looks like.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for Omnea's finance offering.
• Demonstrate market opportunity, investment case, and execution plan.
• Hire and coach high-performing product managers.
• Drive product planning, decision-making, and cross-functional communication.
• Ensure rapid learning and thoughtful shipping, balancing speed with rigour.
• Partner with go-to-market to position and differentiate Omnea's product.
• Collaborate with customer team to support onboarding, growth, and feedback loops.
• Help define and evolve Omnea's product development culture, rituals, values, and operating principles.
