Job summary

Housing Limited is seeking a finance professional to support the Finance Manager with improving financial processes and systems, maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations and month-end activities, and ensuring strong financial controls.

You will build strong relationships with internal departments to provide financial insight and support operational projects, monitor debtors to reduce aged debt, and assist with expenses administration, with 2-3 years’ experience and part-qualified

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment.
• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA student.
• Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager with improving financial processes and systems, maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end activities and ensuring effective financial controls.
• Build strong relationships and work closely with internal departments to provide financial insight and assistance with operational projects and improvements.
• Monitor outstanding debtors to reduce aged debt and improve debtor days performance.
• Support administration of the company's expenses system and related processes.
