Job summary

Yoto is recruiting a Head of Finance Platform and Control to lead financial control, audit, tax and operations in a fast-growing tech-enabled environment. This role shapes the automation roadmap and partners with platform engineering to embed AI-driven finance processes.

You will oversee close, intercompany, tax, treasury, and financial reporting while developing a scalable finance platform. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with a track record in redesigning finance processes,

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with demonstrable experience owning the close and statutory audit.
Experience redesigning finance processes from manual to automated or embedded systems.
Experience applying AI or automation tools within a finance function.
Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams over time.
Working knowledge of finance tech stacks and integrations (NetSuite, Tipalti, or equivalents).

Responsibilities

Lead a team spanning financial control, reporting and insights, finance operations, and royalties and revenue.
Partner with platform engineering to drive automation roadmap.
Design controls framework embedded in workflows for audit readiness.
Define future-state processes with Platform Integrations team.
Report to CFO with board-level exposure on finance platform and transformation.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams applying product development approaches to finance processes.
