Job summary

Savills Investment Management LLP is offering a 13-month Finance Placement for penultimate-year university students. Based in our London office, you will gain hands-on experience in management accounting and financial reporting, with day-to-day responsibilities across payments, reconciliations, and budgeting support.

You will receive on-the-job training, work with the Finance team, and have opportunities to engage with fund finance activities, audits, and governance processes within a global

Qualifications

• Undertaking a relevant undergraduate university degree (Finance or Accounting) in penultimate year.
• Strong GCSEs and A-Levels (or equivalent).
• Basic Excel skills and competence with other Microsoft Office packages.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills; strong inter-personal skills.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken English; and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist management accounting and financial reporting tasks.
• Support payments processing and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain cash books and loan schedules; assist Sales Ledger and budgeting analyses.
• Assist with statutory financial statements and audit processes; develop governance awareness.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Finance team.
