Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, banking or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience preparing financial reports, variance analysis and budget monitoring.
• Attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Finance-related degree or pursuing ACCA/ACA/CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily account reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Produce financial reports, supporting schedules and analysis.
• Monitor budgets and track variances against approved expenditure.
• Support daily accounting activities and month-end reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Assist the finance team with reporting and operational queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters.
