Qualifications

• You will be enrolled at a University which offers a 1 year industrial placement.
• Studying towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Enthusiastic, curious and motivated to identify and implement changes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management.
• Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across core finance activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Work with Site Finance teams and other UK Site Finance teams to investigate and resolve ad hoc issues.
• Assist with financial analysis interpreting trends, variances, opportunities, and risks to provide insight to stakeholders and drive business improvement.
• Engage in management reporting and continuous analysis.
• You will be hands on from the start with a structured workbook and placement package.
