Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a Trust Finance Manager to join our Central Team. You will support allocated academies with budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight to help ensure strong financial performance across our trusts.

We are looking for a finance professional with experience in education settings, capable of managing budgets, and building strong relationships with Principals and Business Teams.

Qualifications

• Proven finance experience, ideally within an education setting.
• Experience of managing budgets.
• Organised and confident with numbers and IT.
• Able to build effective relationships and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support allocated academies with financial information and budget management.
• Provide insightful financial information to Principals and Business Teams.
• Help ensure academies are financially well placed to succeed.
