Job summary

Leidos UK is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the P3M team within the LCST programme. You will manage budgets, forecast performance and align financials with project baselines across storage, logistics and procurement, delivering insights to drive value for UK Defence.

Working in a hybrid model (Remote/Bristol Office 2-3 days per week), you will own financial dashboards in Power BI, challenge forecasts, support audits and contribute to new business proposals while

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Finance Analyst/Accountant in a project environment with multiple programmes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Qualification/intent to qualify with a Professional body for Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance Partner to the P3M team, challenging costs and supporting forecasting to align with baselines.
• Develop and maintain detailed resource plans, schedules and cost budgets; analyse variances.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and propose proactive strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed forecasts, reports and analyses for programme decision-making.
• Contribute to development of new business proposals and on-contract growth proposals.
• Drive consistency and standardisation across Leidos Finance; ensure compliance with policies.
• Own and update integrated financial dashboards using Power BI.
• Support P3M transformation with new reports and integrated resourcing/forecasting.
• Facilitate internal and external audits as required.
