Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Finance Optimisation Analyst to lead complex reporting, automation and process improvements across Workday, Alteryx, DUCO, Sigma and Anaplan.

You will work with Finance and technology teams to bring structure to complex problems, challenge inefficient processes and deliver scalable solutions while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline.
• Experience with automation / process improvement tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of Finance reporting, automation and optimisation solutions across Workday, Sigma, Alteryx, DUCO and Anaplan.
• Develop advanced Workday reports, Alteryx workflows, Anaplan enhancements and DUCO reconciliation rules.
• Evaluate practical AI opportunities for reporting, automation and analysis within governance.
• Partner with stakeholders and system owners to define requirements and shape solutions for complex problems.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades and change delivery, managing dependencies and risks.
• Act as a technical go-to person by setting standards and guiding colleagues.
• Maintain oversight of Finance Improvement Tracker items and progress.
