Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Manager - Financial Operations - DC in London with remote flexibility and 1–3 days in the office. You will act as the Finance Business Partner for Data Center Projects, guiding budgeting, forecasting, governance, and capital planning across large-scale deployments in the EMEA region.

You’ll work with commercial, design, construction, procurement, and operations teams, delivering actionable financial insight, KPI dashboards, and strategic recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, infrastructure finance, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting operational or technical business functions.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes and maintain financial models for operating and capital expenditure.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis; develop KPI dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Track and report on capital investments and monitor spend against budgets; support business case development for new sites and expansions.
• Partner with accounting on close processes; analyse cost drivers and identify efficiency improvements; support vendor reviews.
