Qualifications

• Experience using accounting software such as Sage and Xero.
• Strong accounts payable knowledge and commitment to data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring transactions are accurate and on time.
• Enter, verify and maintain financial data in accounting systems (Sage, Xero).
• Support month-end and year-end activities by reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
• Manage vendor and supplier queries relating to payments and invoices.
• Keep financial records organised and audit-ready in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve data accuracy and streamline processes across systems.
• Contribute to internal preparation of financial statements and reporting.
