Job summary

Genpact is seeking an F&A I2C Specialist in the United Kingdom to drive AR collection activities, cash allocation, and interdepartmental collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable processes and AR systems.
• Strong understanding of cash application and remittance processing.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and manage invoicing as requested.
• Handle cash allocation and cash application activities.
• Collaborate across AR entities to manage aged receivables.
• Serve as Subject Matter Specialist for AR value chain processes.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and process end-to-end cash applications.
• Reconcile orders and validate credits/debits for collections or refunds.
