Job summary

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to support a growing business in appointing a Head of Finance and Operations. This is a finance-led senior leadership role, responsible for financial management and commercial performance, working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to provide financial insight, control and commercial challenge to support growth.

You will lead the finance function, oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls,

Qualifications

• Qualified senior finance leader with ACA/ACCA or CIMA and strong commercial experience.
• Experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and controls.
• Provide commercial insight into profitability and overall performance.
• Partner with the MD and SLT on planning, investment, pricing and decisions.
• Drive cost control, procurement and cash collection to improve margins.
• Oversee statutory accounts, VAT, tax, audit and external relationships.
• Provide leadership across HR, IT, systems, risk and governance.
