Job summary

Artemis Human Capital are partnering with a growing international business to recruit an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this senior role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and statutory compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

• Qualified ACA or ACCA with extensive senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Experience across multiple entities and jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting across multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams on revenue, cost and profit recognition.
• Lead statutory accounts, audits and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

Job description

Artemis Human Capital are working with a growing international business to recruit an experienced Head of Finance to lead their Finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a senior leadership role with responsibility across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and statutory compliance. You’ll work closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders across multiple entities, providing accurate financial insight and helping drive continued improvements across the finance function.

The Role

• Lead financial reporting across multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Overseeannual budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams onrevenue, cost and profit recognition.
• Managestatutory accounts, audit requirements and financial compliance, including supporting cross-jurisdictional VAT and tax matters.
• Leadcash flow forecasting and working capital management, ensuring strong financial controls.
• Driveprocess improvements, finance transformation and internal controls, while managing and developing a finance team across multiple locations.

The Person

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior finance leadership position.
• Strong background infinancial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Proven experience acrosscash flow and working capital management.
• Strong technical knowledge ofstatutory reporting, audit processes and tax compliance.
• Experience working acrossmultiple jurisdictions and legal entities would be highly advantageous.
• A confident and commercially minded leader with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside advanced Excel and financial systems expertise.
