Job summary

Impact Ops seeks a Finance & Operations Manager to own internal finances, company secretarial duties, payroll, contracting, and HR administration. You will report to the Founder & CEO and collaborate with the Head of Finance on client-facing work. This is a hands-on, trust-heavy role that touches every part of the business.

The position offers £50,000–£60,000 GBP depending on experience with flexibility for exceptional candidates and remote-first working.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with hands-on finance experience in small/medium business
• Experience delivering accounting for payroll, invoicing, tax returns
• Familiarity with company secretarial duties and compliance
• Comfort working in a remote environment and handling confidential data
• Ability to manage end-to-end finance operations for a small org

Responsibilities

• Own bookkeeping, month-end close, and management accounts
• Prepare annual accounts and tax submissions including corporation tax
• Manage payroll (UK) and payroll-related reporting
• Draft and track client/service contracts and SLAs
• Handle HR administration, onboarding, and records accuracy
