ARIA is seeking a Head of Finance Operations to lead the Finance Operations function during maternity leave cover. You will manage two direct reports, ensure robust financial controls and timely statutory reporting, and drive automation and AI initiatives across Finance.

Based in London with a hybrid pattern (office 3 days/week), you will work with Programme Finance and external stakeholders to scale ARIA's funding portfolio toward £1bn while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

Qualificações

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification or equivalent accounting expertise.
• Experience leading finance operations and financial control in a complex organisation.
• Experience delivering statutory financial statements and external audits.
• Strong understanding of public sector accounting and Managing Public Money.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ARIA's Finance Operations, including procure-to-pay, month-end close, cash management, tax and controls.
• Oversee annual reporting, external audits, and NAO liaison.
• Drive automation and AI transformation in finance processes.
• Strengthen financial stewardship for ARIA's expanding funding portfolio.
