Tonbridge School Group is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the Director of Finance. The Assistant Finance Director will oversee core financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and VAT, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing across the Tonbridge School Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial management role in education or corporate settings.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processing.
• Ability to support the Director of Finance and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and VAT processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial processing and reporting.
• Support the Director of Finance in day-to-day financial operations across the Tonbridge School Group.
