You will support nationwide university sport events and help improve processes in a friendly, development‑minded team.

This role offers hybrid working and opportunities to contribute to BUCS’ mission of delivering the best university sports experience across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience handling finance and operations processes.
• Experience with payroll and bulk invoicing.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Handle Xero reconciliations, payroll, bulk invoicing and payments.
• Manage office suppliers and staff systems, and support member events.
• Spot and implement improvements to streamline processes.
