Job Description:

A leading real estate credit platform is hiring a Finance & Operations Associate to join its growing London team. This position sits within the loan servicing and onboarding function, supporting the day-to-day management of a global portfolio of complex, structured real estate debt investments.

The role offers exposure to high-value transactions across multiple fund strategies and jurisdictions. It’s well-suited to someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive; capable of managing workflows in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding of new assets and liabilities into internal systems
• Track cash movements, wire approvals, and loan servicing activities
• Review and reconcile borrower payments, payoffs, and waterfall calculations
• Coordinate with internal asset managers, servicers, and funding counterparties
• Support KYC processes, draw requests, and intercompany transfers
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio analytics for senior stakeholders
• Review loan modification and maturity extension terms and ensure accurate system updates
• Liaise with offshore operations teams to ensure data accuracy and integration

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in loan servicing, real estate fund accounting, credit operations, or commercial real estate finance
• Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with systems such as Loantapes, Anaplan, or Oracle is a plus
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing transaction deadlines
• A self-starter with high professional standards and strong communication skills
