Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a site Costings Finance Analyst in Clitheroe to own product costing, inventory valuation, standard costs and manufacturing cost accuracy. You will turn data into opportunities to protect margins and improve cost performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified / Part-Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent finance qualification.
• Strong costing fundamentals and manufacturing finance experience.
• ERP costing experience and ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and explain financial impacts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate standard costs, BOMs, routing and overhead rates.
• Own end-to-end costings and site costing structures in the ERP.
• Provide product margin, manufacturing cost and inventory valuation reporting.
• Conduct detailed variances analysis across material, labour, yield and overheads.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement and NPD on cost reductions.
• Support budgets, forecasts and CapEx business cases with costing inputs.
• Monitor production cost performance and drive continuous improvement.
