Your Responsibilities

• Manage the timely production of accurate financial information for your aligned commercial area (e.g., eCommerce, Logistics, Retail).
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance partners to review monthly financial performance and variances.
• Lead and coach a team of part-qualified accountants.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and controls using your technical knowledge.
• Work with stakeholders on new initiatives, system changes, and financial reporting impacts.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items promptly.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance controls and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant, with audit or fast-paced corporate experience preferred.
• Confident in presenting and liaising across all levels.
• Experience in delivering results through others.
• Proactive with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Committed to personal development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Lateral thinker who challenges the status quo.
• Digital skills such as Power BI or SQL are advantageous.
