Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead finance operating-model and GBS transformations for global clients, designing target operating models, delivery footprints, and AI-enabled processes. You will sit with CFOs, own end-to-end programmes, and drive change across the finance function.

You will grow the practice by shaping offerings, developing reusable assets, and leading high-impact engagements with executive stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading finance operating-model and GBS transformations end to end.
• Experience partnering with CFOs and senior finance leaders.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled intelligent operations and agents.
