Dog & Gun in Liverpool seeks an experienced Business Analyst to shape a Finance Operating Model for a high-visibility programme. You will lead workshops, interviews and reviews to map current processes, governance, and data flows, and help define a practical future-state operating model.

You will work with senior stakeholders to identify pain points, clarify ownership, and support target operating model design, enabling sustainable improvements in finance performance.

Qualifications

• Strong BA experience in operating model design, finance transformation, or business change.
• Expertise in current-state assessments, process mapping and ownership modelling.
• Experience supporting target operating model and future-state design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to understand current operating model.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and process reviews to map current ways of working.
