We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in a major Finance Operating Model programme. This is a highly visible piece of work focused on understanding how the finance function operates today and helping shape a more effective future-state operating model.
You'll lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews to map current ways of working across people, processes, governance, controls, systems, data, and reporting. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll identify pain points, clarify ownership and accountabilities, support target operating model design, and help drive the transition to improved ways of working.
This is a role for someone who can ask the right questions, challenge constructively, identify where accountabilities or processes are unclear, and help shape a Finance operating model that is practical, sustainable, and capable of supporting their finance priorities.
