Job summary

A community charity organization in Liverpool is seeking a Finance Officer to manage payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Xero Accounting System and work part-time (12-15 hours per week). The role requires accuracy in financial management to support operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to process monthly payroll and arrange for payment of staff.

Job Summary Must have experience of Xero Accounting System Undertaking Monthly Payroll Run for 23 employees. Calculating and Arranging for Payment of Staff and Recording Payments in Xero. Submitting Payment of NIC to HMRC. Checking Pension Payments Monthly Bank Reconciliation with Xero Accounting System. Updating accounts based on bank transactions. Credit Control: Paying & Issuing Invoices. Checking Soldo purchasing records Production of Profit & Loss Statements For Trustees. Bi-Monthly. 2 hours every Per HourClosing date 03/09/2025hours 12 - 15 Hours Per Week Part Time, Permanent
