Job summary

TUALCOM is seeking its first dedicated UK finance hire to manage day-to-day activity while developing the systems, controls and processes needed to support future growth. The role is fully onsite in our London Docklands offices (London E14), five days a week, with no hybrid option.

You will lead finance operations for the business, shaping processes, and collaborating with external accountants and banking providers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a finance function.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and accounting software experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and corporate banking portals.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is beneficial; Turkish language skills advantageous but not required.

TUALCOM is a growing international technology business, and is looking for its first dedicated UK finance hire. Alongside managing day-to-day financial activity, you will help develop the systems, controls and processes needed to support future growth.

In this role, you will work fully onsite, 5 days per week in our London Docklands offices (London E14). We do not offer the ability to work from home or in a hybrid capacity.

We are looking for someone who has managed the Finance Operations of a business as a whole as opposed to an accountant who has managed financial records for multiple clients. Ideally, candidates would have experience of managing Finance Operations of a manufacturing business.
