You will support accurate financial reporting, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end processes in a small finance team. Salary £30,000–£35,000 with potential for progression.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial processes
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)

Responsibilities

• Manage and post financial transactions across internal systems
• Work with detailed investment and income data
• Process payments to customers and external partners
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Calculate customer withdrawal values
• Prepare financial reports to set deadlines
• Monitor commercial performance and P&L activity
• Ensure data accuracy and strong financial controls
• Provide excellent service to members and internal stakeholders
• Use Excel and accounting software confidently to support analysis
• Step in for the Finance Manager when required
