Job summary

DfT Operator Ltd, a public-sector-backed operator, is recruiting for a Finance Mobilisation and Post-Transfer role based in London. You will coordinate finance activities, banking arrangements, HMRC registrations, and intercompany processes with incoming TOCs, ensuring smooth transition to the DFTO Group.

The role emphasizes collaboration with TOC senior stakeholders, delivering timely financial guidance, and maintaining DFTO policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Essential: AAT qualified or Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
• Essential: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
• Essential: Experience within multiple finance disciplines.
• Essential: Extremely organised and pro-active approach to following up tasks to meet deadlines.
• Essential: Effective time and project management skills.
• Essential: Microsoft Office competence.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation: manage documentation and coordination for mobilisation and transfer.
• Post-transfer: act as primary contact for TOC finance teams and ensure compliance with DFTO policies.
• Support reporting to DFTO Finance Board and coordination with external providers.
