Job summary

DfT Operator Ltd in London is seeking a Finance Mobilisation and Post-Transfer professional. You will drive the mobilised programme, manage documentation and coordinate with TOCs and DFTO teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-transfer activities.

The role involves liaising with banking, HMRC registrations, and TOC finance teams, delivering training, and maintaining process documentation. Hybrid London-based position with a fixed-term contract to Oct 2027.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified or Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience within multiple finance disciplines.
• Extremely organised and pro-active approach to deadlines.
• Effective time and project management skills.
• Microsoft Office suite competence.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation requirements and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Manage ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
