Job summary

Enovis is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, controls and compliance for the UK and Europe. You will own month-end close and balance sheet integrity, collaborating with operations and the shared service centre.

Key areas include VAT returns, HMRC liaison, payroll postings, intercompany reconciliations and driving finance transformation. You will deliver accurate management reporting and support internal audits.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with UK accounting experience.
• Experience in month-end close, balance sheet integrity and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of UK VAT and HMRC processes.

Responsibilities

• Own UK balance sheet integrity and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare VAT returns and liaise with HMRC.
• Oversee payroll postings and Concur expenses.
• Support intercompany balances and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with UK/European finance teams and Shared Service Centre.
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support external audits.
• Provide management reporting and financial analysis.
