Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee UK financial reporting, controls and compliance across the UK and Europe. The role requires close collaboration with operational and finance teams, ensuring robust balance sheet management and timely statutory filings.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, support the finance transformation program, and partner with regional teams to maintain strong governance and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK GAAP (FRS102) and group accounting policies.
• Proficient in month-end close and financial analysis.
• Strong balance sheet controls and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of VAT and HMRC regulatory processes.
• Experience in payroll submissions and Concur expenses oversight.
• Intercompany balances and reconciliations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrity of the UK balance sheet.
• Prepare, review and control key balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review P&L and Balance Sheet performance for reporting.
• Manage treasury, bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee intercompany balances and reconciliations with Group entities.
• Prepare UK VAT returns and support HMRC audits.
• Coordinate payroll submissions and Concur expenses process.
• Assist with audits and strengthen internal controls.
