Job summary

HereatTh.GeyerIngredientsLimited is seeking a dedicated financial accountant for our UK operations. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payments while ensuring accurate cash flow management and tax compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with MS Office and ERP systems, and the ability to work independently within a growing team. Immediate start and a 38.5-hour week are offered.

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship specialising in finance or equivalent qualifications.
• Substantial professional experience in financial accounting, with UK tax knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using an ERP system.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Financial accounting: day-to-day bookkeeping and recording transactions for the UK company.
• Accounts reconciliation to ensure accurate data.
• Payments processing and cash flow monitoring.
• Invoicing, debt collection and tax return assistance.
• Month-end closures and relevant financial reporting.
