Job summary

Selfridges in London seeks a Finance Manager to own stock and supply chain finance, delivering planning, analysis and management accounts. You will lead up to two Finance Analysts, coaching them and driving performance across the P&L.

You will also own budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering robust financial insight to support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant or international equivalent.
• Experience mentoring or managing a Finance Analyst.
• Strong commercial awareness and navigating a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities

• Own stock finance, stock loss and distribution centre financials; support end-to-end stock strategy.
• Develop timely analysis to inform profitable business decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for your area.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with variance analysis and narrative.
• Prepare business cases and complete post-investment reviews.
