Job summary

PHINIA seeks a Finance Manager on a maternity cover basis for 12-14 months at our UK site. You will support the site Financial Controller and the Finance team in monthly and annual reporting, ensuring process, policy and compliance responsibilities are understood and followed.

You will lead an AP/AR/GL team, drive accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet management, while liaising with internal and external auditors and the Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow.

Qualifications

• Mandatory ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification with several years of relevant experience.
• Experience in forecast modelling.
• Desirable experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Finance team (AP/AR/GL) and ensure delivery of all financial elements.
• Prepare monthly and annual reporting, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage monthly Balance Sheet forecast and variance analysis.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure robust processes.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting systems to analyse site financial performance.
• Support robust forecasting including Budget/Plan for Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow.
• Liaise with Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow (GBS).
