Lloyds Banking Group in Newport is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager for Legal Entity & Securitisation to support financial control and reporting for Retail Securitisation entities. Hybrid work pattern with some office presence.

The role requires an accounting qualification, strong analytical skills, and experience in financial services or statutory reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and auditors' coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the accurate and timely financial control and reporting of Retail Securitisation entities.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and directors' reporting materials.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and respond to auditor queries.
• Complete month-end controls, including balance sheet reconciliations and journals.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes.
