OpenRent is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to support a fast-moving, technology-led business. You will work with the Head of Finance to maintain strong day-to-day financial control and drive efficiency as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience with core finance processes, reconciliations, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with statutory accounts and audits.
• Provide accurate data to support forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor expenditures and profitability trends; deliver actionable analysis.
• Review and improve financial workflows to boost efficiency and reporting speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and drive solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions and aid product development with financial insight.
