We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance Operations Business Partnership team, focusing on worldwide Retail Vendor Experience (VX). In this strategic role, you'll lead initiatives to enhance the vendor payment experience across our global retail operations.
Your work will be crucial in creating a frictionless vendor experience that minimizes manual intervention and support inquiries.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive improvements in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash vendor payment processes.
- Develop and monitor key operational and business metrics.
- Prepare and lead global operational reviews and improvement initiatives for senior leaders.
- Partner with teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Service Centers, Technology, and Retail Support.
- Collaborate with Retail Finance and operational teams across organizational levels.

A day in the life

- Coordinate with technology teams on system enhancements and automation.
- Work with AP and AR teams on solutions.
- Monitor industry trends for process innovations.
About The Team
Business Partnership (BP), part of FinOps Services, connects local expertise with in-country teams to develop solutions supporting AP and AR operations. BP manages initiatives like expansions, regulatory changes, and acquisitions, ensuring readiness for new activities. It aims to resolve issues, drive efficiency, and maximize free cash flow during growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles.
- Experience with accounts receivable or payable.
- Ability to apply KPIs to analyses.
- Experience creating financial and operational reports for decision-making.
- Experience with process automation and analysis.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering, statistics, business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
- Experience identifying data issues and implementing solutions.
- Proven impact through financial models and analysis.
- Experience with large-scale data tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
