Marks & Spencer seeks a Finance Manager in its Financial Services arm, shaping the future of the finance function and delivering strategic financial insights. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners across Digital & Technology, Group Finance and commercial teams to support governance and drive commercial strategy in a high-impact, evolving business unit.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with financial services or retail background.
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners.
• Ability to build relationships across business partners and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support financial services transformation initiatives.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with commercial teams to provide financial guidance.
• Monitor metrics and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Support upskilling of the wider finance team in London and Manchester.
