Job summary

Resourcery Group in Liverpool is recruiting a Finance Manager specialising in rent and service charge. You will own service charge accounting, deliver financial reporting and budgets, and partner with operations to drive performance.

The role offers strong autonomy and exposure, with a focus on improving controls, modelling and KPI reporting across a growth-focused property portfolio.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual service charge accounts across a property portfolio.
• Lead budget versus actual analysis and reconciliation processes.
• Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Partner with property and operational teams to provide financial insight.
• Support service charge audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve historic balance sheet reconciliations and improve financial controls.
• Contribute to financial modelling, KPI reporting and business improvement projects.

The Finance Manager will take ownership of service charge accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
